How to Apply

Window to Apply for the Lottery

The application window for the Class of 2030 is open January 6, 2026 - February 13, 2026. 

Eligibility:

All applicants must live within the Clear Creek ISD attendance zones.

  • Current CCISD 8th-grade students must apply to be considered for the lottery.
  • 8th-grade students who live in CCISD boundaries but do not currently attend a CCISD school must also apply to be considered.

To apply, all families must create an account in School Mint: https://ccisd.schoolmint.com/login

  • Apply for "World Class Programs"
  • Select Clear Horizons ECHS, P-TECH or both. You will then be asked to rank your choices.

Lottery Results

Each applicant will receive a personal email with his/her lottery rank in February 2026.

Lottery Waiting List

Clear Horizons evaluates class size each January and each June.

Eighth grade applicants who are placed on the  Lottery Waiting List can be called at a later date in the ninth or tenth grade year if a vacancy occurs.
