How to Apply
The lottery application for Clear Horizons ECHS is open to all 8th graders who reside within the boundaries of the Clear Creek Independent School District.
The application for Fall 2025 will be open January 7 - February 7 2025.

Window to Apply for the Lottery
The application window for the Class of 2029 Lottery will be open January 7 - February 7, 2025
Internal Applicants
8th graders who reside within the boundaries and attend a CCISD intermediate school will log-in to the lottery portal with:
- Username= Student ID#@ccisd.net
- Password= Cafeteria PIN# (including the zeros)

External Applicants
8th graders who reside within the boundaries of CCISD, but do not attend CCISD schools, will log-in to the lottery portal with:
Username = Parent E-mail Address
The computer will generate a unique password for each external candidate and will e-mail it to the parent's address.

Lottery Results
Each applicant will receive a personal email with his/her lottery rank in February 2025.
Lottery Waiting List
Clear Horizons evaluates class size each January and each June. Eighth grade applicants who are placed on the Lottery Waiting List can be called at a later date in the ninth or tenth grade year if a vacancy occurs.
