School counselors are the first line of defense in identifying and addressing student social/emotional needs within the school setting. Our counselors are trained in helping students with social/emotional concerns that may present an obstacle to academic success. Counselors advocate for emotional well-being of students by providing school wide lessons that enhance awareness of mental health.
Counselors are available to meet with students and are easily accessible. Students can reach out to their counselor by:
- Requesting an appointment either via email
- Walk-in to the counselor’s office due to our open-door policy;
- Parents are welcome to email the counselor with any concerns.
