The lottery application for Clear Horizons ECHS is open to
all 8th graders who reside within the boundaries of the
Clear Creek Independent School District.

The application window for the Freshmen Lottery
for Fall 2020 will open here on January 7, 2020.

The deadline to apply is Friday, February 21, 2020.

Each applicant will receive a personal email with his/her lottery rank on Friday, February 28, 2020.

INTERNAL APPLICANTS
8th graders who attend one of our CCISD intermediate schools will log-in to the lottery portal with:
Username = Student ID#
   Password  = Cafeteria PIN#

EXTERNAL APPLICANTS
8th graders who reside within the boundaries of CCISD, but do not attend CCISD schools will log-in to the lottery portal with:
Username = Parent E-mail Address

The computer will generate a unique password for each external candidate and will e-mail it to the parent's address.

Paper applications for the lottery are not accepted.

 Clear Horizons evaluates class size each December and each summer. Eighth grade applicants who are ranked 126 and higher are placed on the CHECHS Lottery Waiting List and can be called at a later date in the ninth grade year if a vacancy occurs.  

The only students eligible for entry after August of the sophomore year are those who transfer from another Early College High School.
